Our Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate access provided to course materials, bonuses, and a secured spot in the live workshop, we have a strict no-refund policy.
1. Workshop Registrations
All purchases for live workshops, masterclasses, and other digital programs are final and non-refundable. When you register, your spot is reserved exclusively for you, and you receive immediate access to certain bonuses and community features.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellation by Participant: If you are unable to attend the live workshop for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that life happens. As a courtesy, all registered participants will receive access to the full recording of the workshop within 48 hours of its conclusion. You will not miss out on the valuable content.
- Cancellation by [Your Brand Name]: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered participants via email. You will be offered the choice of either a full refund or a credit to attend a future workshop of the same value.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend the live workshop and do not inform us, you will be considered a “no-show.” Your registration fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. You will still receive access to the workshop recording.

- Digital Bonuses: Any included bonuses (such as PDFs, checklists, or guides) will be delivered via email. They may be included in your confirmation email or sent in a separate email, accessible via a download link.
- Workshop Recordings: Access to the workshop recording will be emailed to all registered participants within 48 hours after the live session has concluded.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Confirmation Email: Instant.
- Live Workshop Link: Within 24 hours of the workshop start time.
- Digital Bonuses: Instantly or within 1 hour of purchase.
- Workshop Recording: Within 48 hours after the live session ends.
